You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return the product. Returns must be made to Megève Luxury Watches, 107 Rte Edmond de Rothschild 74120 Megève FRANCE, in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.) in perfect condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged, used or soiled by the Customer will not be taken back. Reimbursement will be deferred until receipt of the goods.

If you have exceeded the legal deadline of 14 days, MLW may take back your property on a case-by-case basis and credit your customer account with the corresponding value.

In all cases, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The order will be shiped by specialized carrier with insurance at the sales value.     The order will be processed upon receipt of payment. The time for payment validation and order shipping varies depending on the payment method chosen.

Delivery costs are applicable according to the information indicated on the site. MLW reserves the right to modify its delivery rates at any time but delivery costs will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the orders are placed.
